Straight forward pricing - our fixed fee approach.

As a practice, our pricing is modelled on a flat fee basis, with a monthly payment set for the year.

For this price the services will include:

  • Preparation and filing of your business GST return’s (up to bi-monthly, 6 per year).

  • Preparation of real time management accounting information (up to bi-monthly).

  • Preparation of your company/business annual financial statements.

  • Preparation of your company/business income tax returns.

  • Preparation of your personal annual income tax return(s).

  • Xero training and support questions as required.

  • Preparation of Companies office annual return (if required) – excluded filing fee.

  • Advise, questions, queries and support around expenses deductibility.

  • Tax and GST obligations.

  • Ongoing business support and advice as needed (e.g. ACC, HR, PAYE, Payroll, Companies)

We believe in providing full disclosure of our fee structures and payment plans to enhance the trust and confidence with our clients. Our commitment to remaining as an open company extends to keeping our clients informed about the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that can impact their financial decisions.

This flat fee will be all you pay with us, unless there is any significant out of scope work (e.g. you sell your business). We have benchmarked these fees across the market locally and around NZ to ensure we offer competitive pricing. Fees are reviewed annually.

Exclusions:

  • Software subscription fees (e.g. Xero, Figured etc).

  • Company’s Office filing fees – on-charged at cost.

  • Additional bank financial and management reporting including refinancing work.

  • IRD reviews and information requests.

  • Work relating to property/business sale and purchase.
